Description:
An unknown instrument or part of an instrument used for meterological purposes. The instrument consists of a metal cylinder, with a cavity bored from top to bottom. A piece of hose or pipe, narrowing to a nozzle at one end, is attached inside, near one end of the opening, and is positioned along the length of the cavity.
The cylinder has a brass adjustment knob on one side of the top surface. The bottom end of the cylinder has a lip or base.
