Nestler lettering guides

Each lettering guide is stored in a partial manila cardboard sheath. Each guide is made of transparent green plastic with aluminum edges. Each guide consists of stencils for the upper and lower case alphabet with optional accents, the numerals from 0 through 9 and various symbols and punctuation marks. Each guide provides stencils of symbols of different sizes, indicated by numbers on the cardboard sheaths and in the upper left-hand corner of the guide. The first digit of each number indicates the font, 6 indicates normal and 5 indicates italicized. The third digit indicates point size.

The set is accompanied by a pen holder with a black, rubber-coated handle and a stainless steel attachment mechanism at one end. There are seven pens, each for a different width of lettering (width indicated as 2n, 2n, 2 1/2n, 3n, 4nv, 5n, 7n on the top of each case). There are six clear plastic pen holders and one clear blue plastic pen holder.
