Description:
Top panel made of polished bakelite, has an open 10-ohm circular slide wire that has settings ranging from 0-1.5 volts. There is also a resistance dial, an analog display, and 10 binding posts. Mounted on mahogany casing; label on front panel reads: "Chemical Laboratories of Harvard University /E 3645 ". Sheet of "directions for use" inside cover and "Save Room 10" written on top of cover. Has tag in DPW handwriting; "Potentiometer Students c. 1930/ Cat No. 7651/ L&N Philadelphia/ 727122/ 1 Step Resistance dial & 1 Var. dial" "Harvard Chem No. E 3645/ From Chem Labs Dec. 1980".
