Description:
This object consists of one larger mirror (17 cm x 20 cm) and a smaller second mirror (5 cm x 8 cm), attached to front of first mirror. The two mirrors face one another. There is a small square viewing hole at top of instrument through which one can see the reflection of the smaller mirror, which itself reflects the larger mirror. Thus, by looking through the hole, one sees an undistorted (i.e., not backwards) image of what the larger mirror is reflecting.
