A long, narrow glass tube with bulb in middle, a smaller bulb at one end, and a bulge at other end. It has one small electrode at each end.

FunctionA gas discharge tube. When connected to a voltage source, a luminous arc extends from one electrode to the other. It is filled with an oxide of nitrogen, dinotrogen pentoxide.
Curatorial RemarksThere is a chance of this tube being VT1903, which is labeled as having the same gas.
