Piece of rectangular black wood on which was glued a black mirror. Was probably used with an optical bench at Radcliffe College in the 1950s or 1960s for optical demonstration. Most likely shop built.

Curatorial RemarksThis object comes from a box of miscellaneous items packed by either Mr. Wheatland or E. Gay in 1980 (this info comes from the fact that the newspaper, The Boston Globe, used for the packing is dated 27 May 1980).
