Description:
A telephone receiver, consisting of a hemispherical silver-painted or nickel-plated instrument case topped by a hard-rubber earpiece. A slot-headed screw in the center of the back of the case attaches a curved, flat metal tab with a hanging hook. On one side, a pair of tubular terminals with slot-headed adjustment screws protrude from the back of the case
The black molded earpiece is dish shaped with rounded edges, with a circular opening in the base of the dish through which part of a black diaphragm may be seen. The earpiece screws on to the silver case.
