Description:
This Nikon transformer has a block shaped metal housing. The slanted top has a knob that rotates only as far as the red and white stops below it allow. These can be set along a curved slot. A warning is printed below: "DO NOT USE THE LAMPS AT OVER 9 VOLTS." Below this is a voltmeter calibrated from 0-13 volts, by half units. There is a red button to its right, above a white on-off switch.
The rear of the housing has heat slots above a power cord (grounded 3 prong) and a socket for inserting the cable from the lamp. A sticker gives the input voltage as 100/ 115V and the output 0-10V.
A sticker on the top gives the local name of the supplier and servicer: Don Santo Corporation. A business card taped to the side gives the service manager of the firm. A piece of tape on the front side is marked "FUSE!"
