DescriptionThis is a 400-series folding camera, model Countdown 70, with a grey body and collapsible bellows on scissor struts. It is similar to model 420, except for the built-in mechanical film development timer. It is also equipped with a 114 mm f/8.8, two-element plastic lens, an electronic shutter, and a rigid and separate viewfinder and rangefinder. It has a nylon neck strap and a protective plastic cover for the lens. Numbers have been added to different parts of the camera to help explain how it was used.

Original retail price: $74.95. With instruction manual. This example also comes with a cold clip on which instructions are provided. The "Polaroid Cold-Clip #193" is clipped at the back of the camera. It consists of two pieces of metal taped together that were used to develop an instant film in colder temperature (recommended when temperature was below 65°F).
