Description:
Three polished round flat plates of quartz with diameters ranging from 2.8 cm to 3.2 cm. The word quartz is written on the edge of the largest one.

Each plate is wrapped in paper and stored in cotton batting in a cardboard box. The box is labeled by Theodore Lyman, "QUARTZ CRYSTALS / T. L." and having David P. Wheatland's inscription, "from TL safe Dec 1968 DW."
