Albert Nachet

born 1863

Remarks: grandson of Camille Sebastien Nachet; son of Jean Alfred Nachet
Albert Nachet was the grandson of Camille Sebastien Nachet (1799-1881) and the son of Jean Alfred Nachet (1831-1908). Around 1890, he joined his father in the microscope-making firm, Nachet et Fils. In 1899, his father retired, and he assumed control of the company.

In 1929, he wrote a catalogue of the remarkable instrument collection created by his father.
