Frederic T. Lewis

Frederick Thomas Lewis (1875-1951) studied at Harvard College (AB magna cum laude, 1897; M.D. cum laude, 1901). He taught at the Harvard Medical School for 40 years. During his retirement, he worked primarily on the microscope collection at the school. This collection is known as the Ernst-Lewis Collection.
Dr. Lewis's field of specialization was embryology.
