Psychological Corporation was founded by eminent psychologist James McKeen Cattell and two of his former graduate students, Robert Sessions Woodworth and Edward Lee Thorndike. The company marketed "psychological tests and related materials to educational, corporate and government clients." The company was aquired by Harcourt in the 1970s.
