Seemann was proprietor of the Seemann-Laboratory. "Establishment of the fundatmental mathematical and experimental conditions for illustrating crystal structures [?] by means of x-ray interferences, development of reception [photographic] instruments including x-ray tubes. Geometrical optics... Various medals."
