B. F. Skinner

B. F. Skinner was an American behaviorist, author, inventor, social philosopher, and poet. He came to Harvard in 1948 and had his Pigeon Lab in the basement of Memorial Hall.
He was the Edgar Pierce Professor of Psychology at Harvard University from 1958 until his retirement in 1974.
