General Electric X-Ray Corporation

In 1926, GE bought the Chicago based Victor X-Ray Corporation. For a few years, the latter made x-ray tubes for GE. Victor was fully absorbed ca 1929 when GE changed its name to General Electric X-Ray Corp.
