National Museum of Science & Technology

founded 1967

The Canada Science and Technology Museum or Musée des sciences et de la technologie du Canada was founded in the early 1980 to " to collect, preserve, research, and interpret Canada’s technological heritage." It is currently closed, but will reopen in 2017 after an extensive renovation.

Monday through Friday, 11a.m. to 4p.m.


The Special Exhibitions Gallery
(Science Center 251):
Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 5p.m.


The Foyer Gallery
Closed for Installation.

All galleries are closed on University Holidays.

Admission is free of charge.
Children must be escorted by an adult.
