Description:
An instrument combining a barograph-hydrograph and recording thermometer in an aluminum enclosure, which is rectangular, with rounded corners. The instrument enclosure has metal rings attached to metal tabs at the four corners, for aerial work. The enclosure is housed inside another aluminum storage case, which is hinged, with a handle and latched closure.

The instrument case has a pair of windows which run along one corner, through which may be seen recording drum wrapped in graph paper, connected to the instrument's aneroid barometer, recording a continuous record of atmospheric pressure over time. Four recording arms inscribe data on the drum.
